- Vore nyopførte lejligheder er indrettet til max. 4 personer.
- De er beliggende ved Toscolano flodens bred og moderne indrettet med dobbeltværelse;
- dagligstue med sovesofa til 2 personer;
- køkken;
- badeværelse med bruser;
- Parkering til rådighed på indhegnet plads ved receptionen.
Lejlighederne kan bookes fra lørdag til lørdag (minimum 1 uge).
Sengetøj og håndklæder skal medbringes.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Reservations not confirmed by regular payment of the deposit within 10 days from the offer will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
- Upon receipt of the amount, you will receive an email confirming the booking.
- By paying the deposit, the guest accepts entirely the booking terms and conditions.
- The cancellation of the reservation will result in the return of the sum paid as a deposit, reduced by 20.00 for secretarial expenses, only if such notification will take place before 60 days from the scheduled date of arrival. In addition to this term, the entire deposit will be retained as compensation.
- The Management reserves the right to cancel bookings after 11 p.m. on the day of arrival if the guest fails to show up at the campsite and does not inform us of their late arrival.
- In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure, the entire period booked and confirmed will be fully charged.
